Knowledge. Service. Results.
Before they were lawyers, Mr. Weimer and Mr. Boyce were both police officers. Carroll Weimer always wanted to go to law school. When he finally decided to go, he convinced his sergeant, Bill Boyce, to attend with him. When they graduated, Mr. Boyce worked for the prosecutor's office and Mr. Weimer worked as a judicial clerk.
The firm was established in 1986. We have provided zealous representation and quality service since. If you would like to find out how we can serve you, call Weimer & Boyce, Lawyers for a free consultation.
Our Approach
For our personal injury cases, we do everything in our power to give our client the best service possible. We work with our own private investigator to piece together what really happened. We make sure that our client is getting proper treatment for his or her injuries. We interview witnesses. If the case involves a car accident, we also speak to the police.
In criminal defense cases, the charge is not what matters. Proof is what matters. Defendants do not have to prove anything. That is the prosecutor's job. As with our civil lawsuits, we conduct our own investigation. We determine whether the prosecutor has enough evidence to convict. Even if they do, they still may not be able to prove it in court.
If they can prove it in court, we do our best to mitigate any potential sentence. We weigh the pros and cons of any plea, consulting the client, keeping him or her informed every step of the way.
In every case, we represent our clients zealously. We keep our clients advised. We make sure that they understand the consequences, what the other side has to prove, and what their rights are.
